Slow smoked and tender pork belly on a bed of creamy polenta

Veal Osso Bucco

Bone in veal shank slowly cooked for hours and served with

ricotta gnocchi pasta, all laying gently in a silky au jus

Pear & Goat Cheese Tart

Ripe pears baked with just the right amount goat cheese topped with

a sprinkle of cracked pepper onto a beautiful golden filo cake and drizzled with honey.
